The first high school classes were held in the original Logan School Building. In 1911, a new senior high school was built on Lincoln Ave. In 1929, the adjacent Waring property was purchased and then razed to construct the junior high school addition. With the opening of the new Tyrone Area High School in 1962, the building became the Lincoln Elementary School. When the consolidated Tyrone Area Elementary School opened on Clay Ave. in the spring of 1999, the building was sold to S&A Homes Inc.
