A~ The Tyrone Area Historical
Society was organized on May 1, 1990 at a meeting held
in Reservoir Park. Officers and board members named at
the meeting were Nancy A. Smith, president; Michael
Duffee, vice president; Mary Jane Bickle, secretary;
Lori Eckert, treasurer; and directors-at-large Dr. Carl
Babe, Suzanne Sickler Ohl, Richard Searer, Kelly Wike,
and C. Burley Zerbe.
